ULTRASONIC CLEANING BATHS


"Ultrasonic technique - INLAB" produce made-to-order low-frequency (with enhanced cavitation) ultrasonic cleaning baths of any sizes according to customer's requirements and also ultrasonic equipment for using in customer's tanks: ultrasonic emitter (immercible or embedded into bath) with generator.

Ultrasonic bath can be equipped with timer and heating system, in this case control is realized by digital controller.

Ultrasonic cleaning baths can be based both on magnetostrictive transducers and on piezoelectric transducers (emitters), operating frequency of system is 22 kHz.

Ultrasonic cleaning is one of the earliest industrial applications of ultrasound. Objects to be cleaned are placed into bath with liquid, actuated by ultrasonic transducers. Liquid represents water or dissolvent.

Cleaning of objects inside ultrasonic bath arises from several mechanisms. Rapid movement of liquid and cavitation result in degreasing of surface, removal and carrying out of dirt particles from object surfaces. Cavitation is the most powerful mechanism of action; shock waves generated by gas bubbles explosions are able to clean the smallest cavities in objects, that is impossible to realize by other methods.

 

Ultrasonic baths are destined for the following processes:
intensive cleaning of objects placed into the bath;
increasing of technological processes rate in liquids;
for other purposes.

Ultrasonic complex for finish clearing of pump-compressor pipes threads

Ultrasonic complex for finish clearing of pump-compressor pipes threads Complex is intended for ultrasonic finish clearing of pump-compressor pipe thread segment before performing of optical and other checks.
Complex consists of:
ultrasonic generator IL10-2.0 in bay - 2 pieces;
ultrasonic magnetostrictive transducer with titanium sonotrode - 2 pieces;
reactor with pumps and fittings.
Technical performances:
power of set - 6 kW;
power supply - three-phase 380 V, 50 Hz;
operating frequency of acoustic system - 22 kHz.

Transport system doesn't enter into the complex composition.

Ultrasonic complex for finish clearing of pump-compressor pipes

Ultrasonic complex for finish clearing of pump-compressor pipes Complex is intended for ultrasonic finish clearing of pump-compressor pipes before performing of ultrasonic check.

Complex consists of:
ultrasonic generator IL10-0.63 in bay - 8 pieces;
ultrasonic magnetostrictive transducer with titanium sonotrode - 8 pieces;
reactor with pumps and fittings.

Technical performances:
power of set - 16 kW;
power supply - three-phase 380 V, 50 Hz;
operating frequency of acoustic system - 22 kHz.

Transport system doesn't enter into the complex composition.

For large dimension ultrasonic washing baths, lines for clearing and degreasing of long parts, pipelines etc. block generators are produced (1,6) with power 4-30 kW and more, with air cooling and inside dust-tight frames, magnetostrictive transducers are plain (5), kernel for outside (4) and inside (2,3) clearing.
Working parts of transducers may be covered with nitride of titanium to reduce cavitational erosion and increase working limit.
